Small business consulting for founders building something that lasts
Practical strategy and hands-on implementation for small businesses and private practices across greater Pasadena and Los Angeles. We help you find clarity, build the systems your work needs, and grow at a pace you can actually sustain.

A short, no-pressure conversation about what you're navigating.
Running a business means holding everything at once
Vision, logistics, finances, decisions, all at the same time, usually with no one to hand the hard parts to. Maybe you have a strong idea but aren't sure how to turn it into something workable. Or you're already in motion, with clients and momentum, but behind the scenes things feel messy, reactive, or unsustainable.
We work with small business owners, early-stage founders, and private-practice owners who want clarity, structure, and forward motion, whether you're shaping something new or refining what already exists.

who this work is for
We're a good fit if you:
-
are shaping a new business or offering and want help making it real and actionable
-
are already running something and feeling stretched or scattered
-
want clarity about what's realistic within your actual constraints
-
care about sustainability, financially, operationally, and personally
-
value thoughtful strategy paired with real implementation
This work is especially for people building something intentional.
common challenges
Most of what feels missing is a system... and that's fixable
Whether you're early-stage or established, we tend to hear the same things:
-
exciting ideas that are hard to organize or prioritize
-
uncertainty about what's financially viable or sustainable
-
decisions stuck in your head instead of turning into action
-
systems that never kept up with growth, or never existed to begin with
-
a real sense that something could work — with more clarity
These are signs you need structure and support. We don't believe in pressure to do everything faster.
how we help
You've got options.
Brand, website & marketing build
The hands-on, one-stop-shop work: branding and messaging, website copy and design, marketing strategy, templates, and the systems that hold it together, built to match how you actually operate, not how a bigger company would.
Focused, quick-turn help
When you need one thing done well: a reset session, a brand-and-messaging sprint, a realistic launch or growth push, or a starter website. Built to respect real budgets, with tools you can use right away.
Ongoing strategic partnership
A steady advisory relationship, including monthly strategy time, growth planning, launches, and a sounding board for the decisions that are hard to make alone.
Chloe was amazing. Very responsive, did exactly what I needed to update my website and had creative ideas I really liked. She was fast and totally understands what therapists need when it comes to our websites.

good to know
Questions founders ask first.
1
Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?
No. Most people don't. A lot of our work begins exactly at the messy, unsure stage, when you can tell something could work but can't quite see the shape of it yet. Bringing us in early often saves you from building on a shaky foundation.
2
Do you work with therapists and private practices specifically?
Yes. It's a meaningful part of our work, primarily branding, website, messaging, and marketing support for practitioners building or refining a private practice. (To be clear, that's business and brand consulting, not therapy or clinical supervision.)
3
I think I just need a website, or just branding. Can I hire you for one piece?
Absolutely. Plenty of engagements are a single focused project. We'll often flag what else might matter down the line, but you're never obligated to take on more than you came for.
how pricing works
Scoped to fit real life.
Every business is different, so we don't force people into one-size-fits-all packages. Final scope depends on the complexity of the work, the systems already in place, and what will actually help most at this stage. We'll talk through your goals, capacity, and budget, then shape the scope and deliverables together. We can share starting-at ranges on our call so you can plan with real numbers; we believe in building engagements that fit real life, not the other way around.
