A Note on My Use of AI
Last Updated: November 1, 2025
Like many professionals, I incorporate AI into portions of my process for efficiency and organization. That said, I believe it’s important to acknowledge the real concerns people (including myself) have about these tools.
-
Environmental impact: I’m aware of the significant water and energy usage associated with data centers and the ways these demands can strain local ecosystems and communities. I aim to use AI intentionally, not excessively, and only when it genuinely improves efficiency.
-
Privacy & data security: I never input sensitive or confidential client information into AI tools. Your ideas, drafts, and materials are handled with care, and anything that requires privacy or discretion stays entirely human-led offline.
-
Creative integrity: AI doesn’t replace the intuition, nuance, and ethical judgment that come from my lived experience and expertise. Everything I deliver is personally crafted, reviewed, and refined by me. AI helps support the process, but when you hire me, you're getting my knowledge and approach.
My goal is a mindful, ethical integration of technology. I use these tools that help me work smarter while staying grounded in creativity, consent, and care for people and communities.
