Context
A professional was preparing to leave agency work to launch an independent practice alongside a set of creative, brand-aligned offerings. While she had a strong vision for the work she wanted to build, the transition brought layered complexity: financial uncertainty, operational decisions, and the need to pace the process thoughtfully in the context of burnout.
The challenge was not simply starting something new, but doing so in a way that felt sustainable and humane.
Approach
I’ve been working alongside her as a coach and strategic partner through the planning and early implementation phases of her business.
The scope includes:
Coaching through business planning and decision-making
Developing a realistic budget aligned with income goals and energy constraints
Long-term visioning shaped by capacity and sustainability
Operational planning to support manageable rhythms of work
Implementation across digital marketing systems to align brand, messaging, and structure
Throughout the process, the focus has been on sequencing and sustainability, meaning building systems that support momentum without recreating the conditions that led to burnout.
Impact
While the work is ongoing, she now has a clearer business plan, grounded financial expectations, and a cohesive framework guiding both her core practice and creative offerings. Early implementation has emphasized clarity and alignment over speed, laying a foundation for long-term stability as the transition continues.
