How Engagements Are Structured

Each coaching engagement is tailored to the organization’s goals.

Typical structure:

  • 4–8 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

  • Clear development goals defined at the outset

  • Optional manager involvement in initial goal-setting

  • Structured progress checkpoints

 

Employers may choose a defined package length depending on the scope of growth desired.

Confidentiality & Reporting

Psychological safety is essential for meaningful growth. Coaching conversations remain confidential between coach and employee. This allows for honest reflection, skill development, and deeper insight.

Employers receive:

  • A high-level summary of focus areas and goals

  • Progress updates at agreed-upon intervals

  • Confirmation of engagement and completion

 

Specific personal disclosures are not shared. The integrity of the coaching space is maintained to protect employee trust while still ensuring organizational alignment.

Includes:

  • Six 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Initial goal-setting consultation (with employee and optionally their manager)

  • One midpoint high-level progress summary

  • Completion summary outlining growth areas and next steps

 

Ideal for employees preparing for internal promotion or stepping into early management roles

Custom Engagements

Organizations may also design tailored engagements for:

  • Promotion preparation tracks

  • Succession planning

  • Role transition support

  • Retention-focused development

Strategic Growth Track

10 Sessions: $1,600

Deeper leadership development for sustained growth

Includes:

  • Ten 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Structured goal-setting consultation

  • Midpoint alignment check-in

  • Final summary report with strengths, development themes, and forward recommendations

 

Best for newly promoted managers, department leads, or key team members navigating expanded responsibilities

Payment Options

  • Packages are paid upfront or via installment plan.

  • Sessions must be used within an agreed timeframe to maintain momentum.

Executive Development Intensive

12 Sessions + High-Touch Support: $2,400

For senior leaders or high-impact roles requiring ongoing refinement

Includes:

  • Twelve 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Communication and executive presence development

  • Optional quarterly stakeholder alignment check-in

  • High-level progress summaries

  • Limited between-session email support

Designed for directors, founders, or senior managers refining leadership capacity and long-range decision-making
