Focused Creative Projects

Limited-scope design and creative support for people who value clarity and thoughtful execution.

Not every project needs ongoing consulting, but the right creative support can still make a meaningful difference. I occasionally take on focused, well-defined creative projects for clients who may need help determining what they need, value collaboration, and are ready to invest in quality work.

These projects are intentionally limited in availability and scope so they can be done with care.

What These Projects Are (& Aren't)

Focused Creative Projects are:

  • Clearly scoped and time-bound

  • Grounded in strategy, not trends

  • Collaborative and thoughtful

  • Designed to support real goals, not just aesthetics

They are not:

  • Unlimited revisions or open-ended engagements

  • “Affordable” or bargain creative work

  • Rushed turnaround projects

  • A replacement for deeper strategic support

This work is best suited for clients who already have clarity, or who have gained clarity through consulting, and want thoughtful execution.

The Kinds of Projects I Take On

Examples of focused creative projects include:

  • Website refreshes, restructuring, or full builds

  • Brand or messaging alignment and refinement

  • Design support for a specific launch, offering, or transition

  • Website updates for therapists, small businesses, or organizations

  • Creative projects tied to a clear strategic goal

If you’re unsure whether your project fits this category, that’s something we can talk through.

How These Projects Work

Focused Creative Projects are designed to be contained, respectful of time, and aligned with real capacity. Typically, this includes a clear scope and timeline defined upfront, a limited number of revision rounds, thoughtful collaboration at key decision points, and a shared understanding of goals and constraints. This structure allows the work to move forward efficiently, without sacrificing quality or care.

Concept Development & Design Visualization

I help bring ideas into form through concept design and visualization, creating moodboards, palettes, and mockups that capture the feeling of a space, scene, or brand before you commit to production. Whether you’re envisioning an interior environment, a film aesthetic, or a creative campaign, I translate tone and texture into visuals that guide the next phase of creation.

Who Is a Good Fit?

This work tends to be a good fit if you:

  • Want design that reflects your values, not trends

  • Are comfortable investing in quality work

  • Respect process and collaboration

  • Know what you’re asking for, or are open to refining it together

It may not be a fit if you’re seeking the lowest-cost option.

A Note on Pricing, Value & Availability

Even when projects are smaller in scope, pricing reflects the experience, judgment, and care required to do the work well. These projects are not discounted versions of my consulting work. They are intentionally designed engagements that honor both your goals and my time.

I take on a limited number of focused creative projects each quarter. This is intentional. Limiting availability allows me to:

  • Be fully present and thoughtful in the work

  • Maintain clear boundaries around scope and timelines

  • Ensure each project receives the care it deserves

Because of this, not all inquiries will be a fit, even if the project itself is well-defined. If timing or capacity isn’t aligned, I’ll let you know honestly and, when possible, suggest alternatives.
