Notes on Work, Body, and Becoming.

Writing has always been how I metabolize experience, the way I trace patterns, name what’s hard to name, and find meaning in the mess of becoming.

I don’t write because I have it all figured out. I write to understand. These projects are works in progress, imperfect, alive, and still unfolding. Each explores different corners of what it means to be human: our relationships with work, our bodies, and ourselves.

I’m always open to thoughtful collaboration, whether that means partnering with editors, writers, or other creatives interested in the intersections of healing, identity, and story. If one of these projects resonates with you or aligns with something you’re building, I’d love to connect and explore what might emerge.
